The Heroin Epidemic – What is the Impact on Saratoga Springs?

Why is heroin use increasing through the Northeast, especially in New York State? What is going on locally? Are our teens at risk and can we protect them from prescription drug and heroin abuse? The Prevention Council, joined by young adults in recovery from heroin addiction, will explore how and why heroin is on the rise and how addiction begins. Join us for a lively and interactive program!
