SARATOGA SPRINGS — The Alcohol and Substance Abuse Prevention Council of Saratoga County announces the addition of six new members of its board of directors.

James Lee is president of Lee Investment Management and a member of the board of directors of the Northeastern New York Chapter of the Financial Planning Association. He is a graduate of the Saratoga County Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Saratoga program and was named one of “40 under 40” and a “Person Who’ll Make a Difference” by The Saratogian. Lee lives in Greenfield Center with his wife, Holly, and 9-year-old-son, Jude.

Michael J. SanAngelo is an insurance broker with Cool Insuring Agency, Inc. in Latham. He has more than 13 years of sales and leadership experience, with the majority of his career spent in the insurance industry. Having volunteered for a variety of programs, from professional committees to political campaigns, SanAngelo said he feels strongly about building community and the spirit of giving back. He lives in Saratoga Springs with his wife, Davra, and daughter, Isabella.

Robin Litfin has been a resident of Saratoga Springs for the past nine years. Originally from Long Island, she spent summers in Saratoga for the better part of 30 years, along with her husband, Dave, who is the East Coast Handicapper for The Daily Racing Form, and her children, Addy, Marne and Sam. Litfin holds a degree in music education. She spent six years as a trustee to the board of education for Middle Country Central School District, one of the largest school districts on Long Island. She currently co-chairs the Fashion Fling and Dare to Dream Gala committees for The Prevention Council.

Christina Pastore is a lifelong resident of Saratoga County, employed for the past nine years at Stewart’s Shops Corp. in it’s human resources department as the plan administrator of their self-insured health plan. Besides her many years of experience in health insurance and policy/program implementation, Christina has a degree in nursing. She lives in Ballston Spa with her husband and two children, where they run their family-owned business.

Michael Harman is an accountant with Jenkins, Beecher & Bethel LLP CPAS in South Glens Falls. He has two young children who attend Queensbury School. In addition to his financial expertise, Michael has a strong background in real estate development as a project manager and possesses an international perspective, having grown up in the Middle East.

Michael also volunteers as a firefighter for the West Glens Falls Volunteer Fire Company and serves on the board of the Southern Adirondack Child Care Network.

Molly T. McBride-Scala is an administrative law judge with the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation. Prior to being appointed to her current position, Molly was an attorney in private practice in Buffalo.

She and her husband, Joseph Scala, Saratoga Springs City Attorney and an attorney in private practice, live in Saratoga Springs with their four children. Molly also serves as troop leader for her daughter’s Brownie Troop from Caroline Street School.
