NYS OASAS Certified Treatment Provider Directories (Updated November 2018)

These directories should provide an accessible, accurate regional listing of all addiction related treatment services in the Capital/Southern Adirondack Region of New York State.

For both consumers and health professionals, there is a lot of information to consider when making decisions about treatment.
These charts will quickly identify the following useful information for the reader: contact information for the facility, client type, evaluation services, addiction services provided, level of care, insurance type accepted.

These charts should be useful in assisting with discharge planning, for social workers, mental health clinicians, and substance use disorder counselors in identifying appropriate addiction treatment services for a consumer.
